The Devonshire Association

The Devonshire Association

Approaching its 150th anniversary, the Devonshire Association has about 1300 members, eight regional branches and seven special interest sections. It organises over 100 events each year, and annually publishes the Reports and Transactions, the complete series of which includes well over 2000 papers and reports, and is internationally recognised as the most important single source of information on the County. The Entomology Section was founded in 1948 and since then has kept annual records of insects in Devon as well as running many events each year.
